The ABC's of Halloween :

ABC's of Halloween is a delightful book, with bright, fanciful illustrations and creative text. Young readers can follow two black cats on a Halloween journey full of witches, jack-o-lanterns, bubbling cauldrons and haunted houses, while at the same time practicing their ABCs. This book would be a great addition to any child's library.

I bought this book a year ago for my then 2 year old, and he has insisted on reading it every other day for the past year. It has beautiful pictures and a cute little rhyme for each letter "U is for umpteen unseen unicorns undulating far across the centuries of time!" It is a wonderful book for the season, capturing the spirit of Halloween, presenting some eerie and spooky themes in a way that is not frightening to a young child.
